Service Request

Any machine with moving parts will need maintenance at some point. You can trust our service technicians to provide professional maintenance and repair for your Sharp multi-functional copiers and printers. A simple paper jam can take a machine offline. Specialty labels often times will need to be placed in the bypass tray to maintain printing functionality. If you are unsure of whether or not labels will print properly, please contact our service staff for approval in order to prevent possible jamming.

Have an issue with printing or scanning, or simply configuring a new computer? Our experienced staff will work to diagnose computer and network related issues, often times remotely. If printing needs to be setup on a new computer on your network, please follow the driver download instructions here.
